2Insufficient models

1. If powered by a general-purpose gasoline engine, the power is prone to damage. If powered by a water-cooled diesel engine, the overall weight of the machine is heavy and transportation is difficult. Therefore, it is generally best to choose F178 and F186 air-cooled diesel engines as power matching options for this type of model.

2. The secondary shaft and reverse shaft in the gearbox are both cantilever beam structures with poor rigidity, and the gears are prone to damage due to uneven stress.

3. Due to the use of two sets of straight bevel gears for reversing, deceleration, and the use of tapered bearings to overcome the axial force of the bevel gears, the manufacturing cost of the chassis part is relatively high.

Belt driven micro tiller

The engine power is transmitted to the gearbox through a belt, and the clutch of the power is achieved by tensioning the belt. The gearbox is mostly an integral structure, with the upper part being the transmission part and the lower part being the power output part. Chain transmission is generally used between the power output shaft and the transmission part.

1. If powered by a universal gasoline engine, there are shortcomings such as high fuel consumption, low revenue, and poor reliability of the power itself. Therefore, most manufacturers choose to use a 6-horsepower small water-cooled diesel engine as the power source, except for export.

2. Due to the use of belt tension clutch, the belt keeps folding and tightening, and the continuous heating of the belt is prone to aging and fracture.

3. The maximum output speed of this type of aircraft is generally around 150-180 revolutions per minute. Due to the higher output speed, the output torque decreases, and it is easy to exceed the maximum output torque of the engine during use. Therefore, during operation, there are often phenomena such as engine stalling or rapid decrease in engine output speed, which can cause significant damage to the engine. Especially, many manufacturers arbitrarily widen the plowing range, increase the tool diameter, and increase the output speed, resulting in frequent power failures. The sales of micro tillers powered by general gasoline engines in the market have seriously declined.

The other model is powered by an air-cooled diesel engine or a high horsepower air-cooled gasoline engine, with a full shaft full gear gearbox as the transmission device, and is equipped with rotary tillage tools with a cultivation width of 800-1350mm. The price is generally between 600 and 1000 yuan.
