If the oiling operation is improper, it can lead to oil leakage, which can interfere with the normal operation of the micro tiller. Therefore, before operating the micro tiller, the safety inspection of the fuel tank is an important step that cannot be ignored. At the same time, it is necessary to strictly check whether the oil and gear oil levels are maintained within the specified range. After ensuring that the oil level remains within the specified range, check the micro tiller for any oil leakage. If any oil leakage occurs, it should be promptly dealt with until the oil leakage problem of the micro tiller is resolved before entering the operation phase. In addition, when selecting machine fuel, it is necessary to choose fuel that meets the requirements of the micro tiller model, and the fuel model should not be changed arbitrarily. 4.After the micro tiller is officially started, the operator should hold the handle of the clutch, keep it in a engaged state, and timely shift to a low speed gear. Then, slowly release the clutch and gradually refuel, and the micro tiller begins to operate. If the gear shift operation is implemented, the clutch handle should be tightly held and the gear lever should be raised, gradually refueling should be applied, and the micro tiller should accelerate forward; To downshift, reverse the operation by pulling down the gear lever and gradually releasing it. When switching from low to high gear during gear selection, it is necessary to increase the throttle before shifting gears; When switching from high gear to low gear, it is necessary to reduce the throttle before shifting. During the rotary tillage operation, the depth of the cultivated land can be adjusted by lifting or pressing down on the handrails. When encountering obstacles during the operation of the micro tiller, it is necessary to firmly grasp the handle of the clutch and turn off the micro tiller in a timely manner to avoid obstacles. When the micro tiller stops running, the gear must be adjusted to zero (neutral) and the electric lock must be closed. The cleaning of debris on the blade shaft of the micro tiller must be carried out after the engine is turned off. Do not use your hands to directly clean the entanglement on the blade shaft of the micro tiller, and use objects such as sickles for cleaning.

2.Regularly replace the engine lubricating oil. The engine lubricating oil should be replaced regularly. After the first use of the micro tiller, the lubricating oil should be replaced after 20 hours of use, and then after every 100 hours of use. The lubricating oil must be replaced by hot engine oil. CC (CD) 40 diesel oil should be used in autumn and summer, and CC (CD) 30 diesel oil should be used in spring and winter. In addition to regular replacement of the lubricating oil for the engine, the lubricating oil for transmission mechanisms such as the gearbox of the micro plow also needs to be replaced regularly. If the gearbox lubricating oil is not replaced in a timely manner, it is difficult to ensure the normal use of the micro tiller. The lubricating oil of the gearbox should be replaced every 50 hours after the first use, and then replaced again after every 200 hours of use. In addition, it is necessary to regularly lubricate the operation and transmission mechanism of the micro tiller.
3.It is also necessary to tighten and adjust the components of the micro tiller in a timely manner to ensure that there are no problems during operation. Micro gasoline tiller is a type of agricultural machinery with high usage intensity. After frequent use, the stroke and clearance of the micro tiller will gradually increase. To avoid these problems, it is crucial to make necessary fastening adjustments to the micro tiller. In addition, there may be gaps between the gearbox shaft and the bevel gear during use. It is also necessary to adjust the screws at both ends of the gearbox shaft after using the machine for a period of time, and adjust the bevel gear by adding steel washers.
