1. Place the voltage regulator selector switch on the switch screen in the manual position;
2. Turn on the fuel switch and fix the fuel control handle at the throttle position of approximately 700 rpm;
3. Use the high-pressure oil pump switch handle to manually pump oil continuously until there is resistance to pump oil, and the fuel injector emits a crisp squeaking sound;
4. Place the oil pump switch handle in the working position and push the pressure reducing valve to the pressure reducing position;
5. Start the diesel engine by manually shaking the handle or pressing the electric start button. When the engine reaches a certain speed, quickly pull the shaft back to the working position to start the diesel engine;
6. After starting the diesel engine, place the electric key back in the middle position, and the speed should be controlled between 600-700 rpm. Pay close attention to the oil pressure and instrument indications of the unit. If the oil pressure is not indicated, the engine speed should be controlled between 600-700 rpm, and the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection;
7. If the unit operates normally at low speed, the speed can be gradually increased to 1000-1200 rpm during preheating operation. When the water temperature is 50-60 ° C and the oil temperature is about 45 ° C, the speed can be increased to 1500 rpm. The frequency meter on the distribution panel should be around 50 Hz, and the voltage meter should be 380-410 volts. If the voltage is high or low, the magnetic field variable resistor can be adjusted;
8.If the unit is working normally, the air switch between the generator and the negative equipment can be turned off, and then the negative equipment can be gradually increased to provide external power.
